1. What we collect
Account information (name, email, organization), the business data you enter or import (products, vendors, purchase orders, inventory, sales), and basic usage data (pages visited, actions taken) that helps us run and improve the Service.
2. How we use it
To provide the Service — track your orders and inventory, run reports, send order-related notifications — and to fix bugs, improve features, and keep accounts secure. We don't sell your data.
3. Who we share it with
Vendors you send a purchase order to see that order's details through a private, token-based link. Service providers who host our infrastructure or send email on our behalf process data on our instructions and don't use it for their own purposes.
4. Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after closure in case you want it back. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will, subject to legal or accounting recordkeeping requirements.
5. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted connections, hashed credentials, access controls — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take it seriously.
6. Your choices
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from within the app, or by asking us directly.

If we make material changes, we'll post the update here and change the date above.
