1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using Stickybooks ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What Stickybooks is
Stickybooks is purchase order and inventory management software. We provide the software; you remain solely responsible for your purchasing decisions, vendor relationships, inventory accuracy, and compliance with any laws or regulations that apply to your business.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or interfere with the Service's operation or security. Don't attempt to access another organization's data or reverse-engineer the Service beyond what the law allows.
5. Your data
You own the business data you put into Stickybooks — your products, orders, vendors, and inventory records. We use it to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data; ask us and we'll help.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed as agreed when you sign up or as confirmed separately with us. We'll give you reasonable notice before any pricing change takes effect on your account.
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required by law.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Stickybooks isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and update the date above; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it.
